HOW TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMPS >> PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

 

There is a NEW PROCESS for summer camp registration. You MUST follow THIS LINK to register for Summer Camps. Do not go through our registration page. Below are the steps you’ll have to take during the registration process. You should be able to create your profile BEFORE tomorrow at 9am, when the classes are released to the public.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION LINK >>> NOTE::: you must use a web browser to register.

  • Enter in your email and await for a verification code.
  • Create a  password
  • Fill in ‘Family Information’ (phone, email etc for account owner)
  • Make sure to fill in your credit card info in this step as it will make for a faster checkout
  • You should now see 4 boxes with your information on them.
  • Below these boxes, there is a small box that says ‘Add Child’.
  • Click this and enter in your child’s name, birthday, doctor, and care card.
  • Then select Registration Forms which is next to their name. More basic info like address etc
    ***NOTE::: ~ For swimming, select NO SWIMMING as we won’t ever be swimming with your children
    ~ Make sure to upload a photo!!! It won’t let you pass go without a current photo of your child
  • Click submit and you’re ready to register!
At the top of the screen you’ll see two tabs, one User Account and the second Activities
  • Select Activities and then you can move onto a very fast checkout process for your desired camps.
REMINDER::: If you have more than one child, you’ll need to register each child separately.
 

 

Half Day Camps
Age: 2.5-8 years
Days: Mon-Fri (must sign up for whole week)
Time: 9am-12pm

Camp Description

All of our summer camps happen in the parks we are in regularly throughout the year. Children will be offered plenty of time to explore, dig into imaginary play and connect with their peers. There will be nature-based games, stories and activities that inspire connection to place related to the park location. There is a high adult to child ratio of 1:6 with a maximum of 12 children. Our educators are highly experienced in offering outdoor education to early learners and have a genuine passion for the work.

 

Age to Attend:: Children aged 2.5 – 8 years old can attend our camps.

NOTE:::: Children MUST be turning 3 in 2023 and 2.5 by the time their summer camp begins.

Days/Time:

All registrations are for the full week Mon-Fri, no exceptions.

Cost:

$265  5 days a week

Payment Options:

Full payment is required at the time of registration by credit card.

To pay in full:

All camps must be paid for in full by credit card

 

Summer Camp Withdrawal Policy:

To withdrawal from the camp, 1 month written notice from the beginning of your camp is required. You will receive 50% of fees back.

A $25 administrative fee will be added to every program change or withdrawal.

There will be no full refunds regardless of when you registered. Please be sure to check your calendars and ensure that the summer camp dates align with your summer plans.

Class Expectations

Classes will happen regardless of the weather.

Each child is expected to pack their own snack, bring a water bottle half full of water, have sunscreen** and appropriate clothing. Please see ‘ What to Wear‘ for our warm weather wear items.

**The teachers will have extra water with them and emergency sunscreen for children if necessary.

#1 Seymour >>> July 2nd – 5th
Location: Trout Lake

***NO CLASS ON MONDAY JULY 1st
Cost: $225
NOTE::: This class is running in conjunction with our Full Day School Aged camp. There will be a max of 5 school aged children alongside a max of 10 half day camp participants. Three teachers will be on hand for the morning session.

**There will be no swimming while visiting the beach. Children are welcome to wear water shoes so they can walk into the water up to their ankles.

#2 Thompson >>> July 8th – 12th

Trout Lake

Cost: $265
NOTE::: This class is running in conjunction with our Full Day School Aged camp. There will be a max of 5 school aged children alongside a max of 10 half day camp participants. Three teachers will be on hand for the morning session.

# 3 Cosmos >>> July 15th – 19th

#4 Nechako >>> July 15th – 19th

#5 Skeena >>> July 22nd – 26th

Location: Mount Pleasant Park, 16th and Ontario
