What an amazing year Muddy Boot Prints has had as we've explored the wilds of…
Big Announcements for Fall of 2018!
Whoa time flies when you’re having fun they say! Well if that’s the case, we here at Muddy Boot Prints are winning the lottery in fun. Many new things have been happening in the last few months that we’re excited to share with you.
We’re Expanding…Twice!
Sparrow Program—Everett Crowley Park
As previously mentioned, Muddy Boot Prints is opening a new chapter in Southeast Vancouver at Everett Crowley Park starting this September 2018. Our Sparrow Program educators are itching to get into the park and start exploring it with the children next month.
But wait…there’s more!
Sandpiper Program—west side of Vancouver
An opportunity presented itself in early July to expand to yet another location and we took it. We’re excited to announce that starting in September, Muddy Boot Prints will be opening the Sandpiper Program on the west side of Vancouver. The program will be a roving program much like our Flicker Program in East Van. The parks rotated through will be Oak Meadows on 37th and Oak, Tatlow Park on 3rd and Balaclava, and Queen Elizabeth Park–meeting at the duck pond.
In the next week I will be posting bios and photos of our newest educators for all to read about. The Sandpiper Program will be in the best of hands.
Amilia—New Registration Platform
Looking back over the last year, Belva realized that she spent the majority of her time doing admin work processing payments, registering children etc. In an effort to ease her workload so she could focus on what she loves doing most, teaching, she discovered an online registration platform called Amilia. Amilia is a registration platform for programs like Muddy Boot Prints based out of Montreal. The registration and payment is done all at the same time streamlining the process into one big and easy step.
Amilia will now be the platform that families will use to register with Muddy Boot Prints. While it’s not up on the website just yet, it will be shortly.

Looking back over the last year, it’s humbling to have laid witness to the successes that Muddy Boot Prints has experienced. We started last September (2017) with a small handful of children each day running only 3 days a week. By January of 2018 we had exploded with running full classes 4 days a week. Whoa! And now, moving into our second year, we’re tripling our programs with great success! It’s thrilling isn’t it?!
So many thanks to all of the families that have put their trust into us with their most precious cargo. If it weren’t for you families, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
